The work

A few short clips a week, filmed on your phone, wherever you already are. No editing and no effects — you film it plain and we do the rest. Most people film three or four in a sitting.

  You send the raw clips. We add the effect and post them. Your face is in them, your handle isn't.

• Film and post to your own account

  You post to your own audience. Best paid of the three, and the one we want most if people already watch you.

  Rate agreed with you

• Film and post to an account we set up

  A separate account, not your personal one, that you post to regularly.

How it runs

1. We send you a brief each week — what to film, where, which style.
2. You film and upload. Your clip is checked as it uploads and tells you immediately whether the framing worked, so you can reshoot there and then.
3. Accepted clips are paid on a rolling basis. The more you land, the more we send you.

What works

Ordinary phone footage. Decent light, both hands in shot, filmed where you actually are. It should look like something you'd post anyway, not like an advert.
